"I've worked for ERAC for 2 years now. It is not an easy job and there is high turnover but if you stick it out there is truly opportunity for growth and is a great way to kick start your next career path. The people you work with will be the best part of the job, even on some of the craziest days at the branch it's my coworkers that keep a smile on my face. I've truly learned how to sell, work hard, and face adversity -- for that I am grateful for my experience."

"I have worked for Enterprise Rent A Car for almost 3 years now. The in class training classes have taught me so much from how to read and manage financial statements all the way to training new employees. I have gotten comfortable being uncomfortable because they are always teaching us new things and pushing us to be the best we possibly can be. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company."

"Enterprise is a great company that requires a significant amount of physical labor and time. Having no significant experience prior to the employment with enterprise, they taught me all of the ins-and-outs or running and improving a successful business with a positive work environment. Many weeks at Enterprise require you to commit 55+ hours and entail critical thinking and problem solving"

"EAN Holdings is an excellent opportunity to expose yourself to all parts of business. Through my 2 years at this company I have learned skills in management, sales, marketing, accounting, and communication. The trainee program is excellent but the hours can be difficult as I averaged around 52 a week for the majority of my career. This only increased as I was promoted into management and given more responsibility. The people are what really make the experience at the company, as enterprise does an excellent job hiring some great individuals that have similar traits as their peers. My biggest complaints would the lack of work life balance, burnout, and promotion based factors that could be entirely out of your control. All in all, I would recommend this company to a lot of peers especially those who are eager for a fast paced, fun environment!"

"Good for a first job, not for long term."

What do you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"The only positive aspect of working here was the people. Everyone you worked with minus upper management was awesome."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask a lot of questions. Be very observant during the branch observation."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"You work TOO many hours. There is no time for personal life, only just work. There is no trust within the company, anything that is said or done in secret is really not a secret, everyone does or will know, it's a gossip fest. You have to wash cars in the elements. The pay is very low compared to what a college grad should be making and the hours are ridiculous. This is a sales job, which by the way no one will tell you that until after you are hired. Promotions are only given to those who can sell their products to customers, and you don't want the promotion because you are not compensated accordingly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Care more about the employees than money! Maybe if you paid your employees accordingly and made a better work environment more people would stay. Retention might be better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend less time trying to trick employees and more time training them correctly."

What do you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"I like the people you work with. They are all young kids just like you. It can be a really fun job if you work with the right people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you are okay working 730-6 every day! Make sure you are okay with people getting upset with you. Make sure your significant other or your routine can handle the small free time you get. Make sure you are aware for the low pay, you will work very hard."

What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?

"Work long hours for little pay. They focus on sales way too much rather than customer service. Its hard to really try to get sales when you have to keep the customer happy. Work like balance is an F."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make sure my employees have a proper work life balance. There is nothing more important than family and they work you to death. You only get about 2-3 hours of free time at night. Almost impossible to have a work out routine or anything like that."
