"I felt at times they micro managed me sometimes when it came to my time on the phone."

"I dont have any suggestions at this time but I would say to make the employees feel more together"

"They pay, benefits, and opportunity to learn a lot about higher education. Great co-workers!"

"Get a full understanding of what you'll be doing before you commit (e.g., you will be on the phone A LOT). Understand that it may seem like your job is to help people, but really, your job is to meet enrollment and retention goals."
What don't you like about working at Greenwood & Hall?
"High turnover. Overall, I did not feel that upper management truly cared about their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in your employees and get to know them. Be available and willing to provide the resources they need to be successful. When managing employees, attempt to put yourself in their shoes."
