"Meet with engineers from around the world."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look elsewhere if you are an engineer or technician. Jobs are being moved to China, except the advanced designs, they are going back to Europe."

What don't you like about working at Philips Lighting?

"Poor quality program, poor handling of technicians and time management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit trying to release unsafe or improperly tested products. Separate Quality away from Marketing and Engineering departments and form a new branch called the Quality department with it's own VP."
