"The leadership was horrible. The CEO, COO, CFO, and CIO are in it only to make as much money as they could and then wreck the company with their egos!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire everyone from all manager levels all the way up to the top and let the engineers do their engineering. Management second guesses the decisions and experiences of the engineers. Managers are more obsessed with statistics and ignore good engineering practices."

"I am a positive thinker and I tend to think of the positive aspects in working for any company."

"Management may need to perform periodic assessment of how to effectively and fairly utilize the pool of talents within his or her group."

"I was laid off with no reason given why I was the only one."

"Should rehire people like me who has done the work and been Extremely devoted"

"Very nice working environment and interesting projects from a big blue chip company."

"Heavy dependency for module works and coordination among the various teams for the project is a daunting task, such that frustration at times appears to be necessary experience."

"More concise project scoping, expectation and planning may be more beneficial to all."
