"The leadership was horrible. The CEO, COO, CFO, and CIO are in it only to make as much money as they could and then wreck the company with their egos!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire everyone from all manager levels all the way up to the top and let the engineers do their engineering. Management second guesses the decisions and experiences of the engineers. Managers are more obsessed with statistics and ignore good engineering practices."
