Eisai Co. Ltd., has locations throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, with its head offices located in Tokyo, Japan. The company has grown substantially throughout the years, some major acquisitions include the acquisition of U.S. biopharmaceutical company MGI Pharma, Inc., in 2008, as well as the 2010 acquisition of AkaRx., Inc.
