"Duraline has 11 plants throughout the country and Canada. Manufacturing varied types of HDPE underground conduit for the power and data industry. With 4G and 5G being expanded everywhere there is plenty of business. Expect 24/7 operations but the benefits are very good. Medical is very inexpensive and company match on the 401K is good. Duraline is a good starting company and they look to promote from within."

Quality Manager

"I worked for Duraline Industries from 2018 to 2020. In that 18 month period, I have had 3 different direct supervisors (plant managers). I was given my outright release recently so the next person chosen to take my place will be the third quality manager for that same time frame."

Machine Operator

"They are more of a gang than a company. They love their gangsta rap being music played at extremely high volume, and if you complain about it they will harass you out of your job as cunningly as they can while keeping theirs by yelling words and phrases and playing practical jokes. When you complain to management they might have more of a laugh with that person who is harassing you instead of put a stop to it, and move that person up in the company. If you look at your phone for a couple minutes, while the machines are running perfectly and you see everyone always doing it and you're tired from the 3rd 12 hr graveyard shift in a row and you need to stay awake because you have already cleaned everything, you will have at least two bosses talk to you about it after your hypocrite crew rats you out for it. Yet with all the socializing and taking their sweet time to deliver word of mouth on any job related info they have never cared on any kind of speed and efficiency for company performance. Their socializing time is just as much of a company waste in time and money as looking at your phone."

"It was a great place to work when it was still PolyPipe."

What do you like about working at Dura-Line?

"Working there was great when it was still PolyPipe but went quickly downhill after Dura-Line purchased the company. My boss who hired my in was one of the first to have his job eliminated. Since the purchase, a total of 10 individuals including myself were let go."

What don't you like about working at Dura-Line?

"As I previously stated, I had absolutely no complaints up until Dura-Line purchased the company. After that, I felt that my job was in danger as I watched others be let go as each week went by. I knew it was only a matter of time which made the past three months almost unbearable. Many of the people that are still there are upset because they have lost all the bonuses and incentive programs that PolyPipe provided them. Many have received cuts in pay as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since I was exposed to Dura-Line's executive management for such a very short time, I do not have any suggestions for them other than to treat people like people and not like cogs in the machine."
