What don't you like about working at Dukes Memorial Hospital?
"During my tenure there was a lot of changes. CEO and COO were not from community and made some errors in their interactions with community members. Did not think they were always honest and had self interest before that of Dukes. The CFO however was a fantastically talented man and very sincere in his concern. I learned a lot from him"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Company has changed owners and I do not know present management other than through what I have heard from friends who still work there. COO needs to develop people skills and put his ego away."
