What suggestions do you have for management?
"Encourage those in the credit department and branch location to keep detailed records of all customer contact. An attorney I had delt with for years through Magic Triangle, Inc. entered a note on my linked in site reading As the attorney of Magic Triangle, Inc., I dealt with Jake for approximately eight years when he served as their Corporate Credit Manager. Jake's copious notes, attention to detail and backup paperwork substantiating their claims allowed for the resolution of a majority of the cases before having to go to trial. It is without hesitation I would recommend Jake for a position as a Corporate Credit Manager. May 13, 2009."
