"I like working at this company because I get to help change lives of young men who are struggling in the regular public and private school system."

"Make sure to be prepared to sacrifice personal gain for the sake of students, because there is not financial gain to be earned, just comfort in changing lives."

What don't you like about working at Advent Home Learning Center?

"There is hardly any financial gain and it requires at times two to three weeks 12hour shifts, 7 days per week rotation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions is to revisit the scheduling as it relates to work our shifts that promotes burn outs."
