"The 'esprit de corps' among the Marines. The reputation of the Marine Corps. Knowing that I have served 20 yrs in the Corps and have learned from some of the greatest leaders in the world."

"Honesty, Accoutnability and Integrity. Work hard and take of your people and they will take care of you."

What don't you like about working at MCAS Miramar?

"Change is always good, often times it can be bad. I don't mind change at all, it is the way it is brought in that I didn't like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure you know your workers. Know they trust you and will be there for them. Introduce change appropriately"
