"Insensitivy to personal indyvidualism. Buddy buddy system. No plan for strategic controlled growth."

"Listen. Stop having quorterly short term mentality. Pay attention to human resources not only almighty buck, enforce growth through accomplishments not through buddy system and who knows whom."

"I actually feel it was the best job I had ever had. The main issues were with me as I feel I over extend myself. The owner of the company is a great human being and is good to her employees. I wish I had never left."

"I felt I needed to give my all and worked really hard and regret my decision to leave. I look back and feel it was the best job I ever had. The owner deserves the loyalty of all her employees."
