"I liked the opportunity to work in the medical sales field. Digitcare has good potential for the right individual."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prepare for the unexpected, its a three part interview and the last interview is with an individual who has no relationship to the company. Just a relationship with the CEO."

What don't you like about working at Digitcare?

"Digitcare is a small owned business owned by one man. He is the CEO, VP, HR, Trainer, Ops Manager, Sales Manager, Coach, he does it all. The is no growth potential, its micro management to the fullest extent, and the company has very limited resources."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would recommend giving the employee some since of career direction, more training, and they need more resources to be profitable."
