I have worked with a lot of good people but there is a lot of turnover as the company does not offer good benefits such as matched 401K."

"No real leadership. Communication is sub-par even though meetings are conducted daily with numerous management in attendance yet there is no results. Employees are treated very poorly and the culture is not fostered in ethics or integrity. Revolving door and constant layoffs. Misclassification is intentional to avoid paying overtime hours. Policies are smoke and mirrors to appear above board but not implemented or followed by management. They have a very bad reputation and it is well deserved. Do not work at Digital Risk!"

"Since being sold to a company in India things have gone downhill fast. Managers have no idea what they are doing. If you're not in their Clique you're treated as second class. Promotions are given out to friends and are usually not on merit. Senior managers change often. They promote 60-70 people per month. In two year's time that's about 900 managers or supervisors in a company of about 1800 people. Can you say high turnover! Don't Drink the Kool-Aid."
