1.6I was hired by Dialogue Marketing in 2013, but they got bought out by Dialog Direct. After we got bought out, everything went downhill. There are NO raises because we had "hit our limit" and that the only way to get a raise was to be promoted. Well, there are no openings available for anyone to be promoted. It is basically a dead end job. I have been passed up for a promotion TWICE even though I was definitely more qualified. We haven't had an HR person for over a year now, and the company treats all employees badly. All they care about is money. They are also NOT family friendly and they do NOT work with people who have a disorder or mental illness, and they will drop you in an instant.
Our site manager had even told some employees that they were going to be let go because they weren't going to handle their project anymore. He said they would only move a couple of agents to another project, but they would be given a specific schedule. When one agent asked if they would work around daycare, the site manager specifically said "No. If you are not able to move your daycare around, then you would have to find another job," and then walked off.
If that doesn't tell you how messed up this company is, then I don't know what will. I will NEVER refer anyone here, and I am definitely looking for a new job.
4.4I loved my experience working for Dialog Direct because of my co-workers and boss. I had a great support in the company and constantly had them helping me or giving me tips when I didn't feel confident. Because of this I was able to become a skilled fundraiser for Save The Children and help a child in need.
2.4Fast paced, ever evolving environment. Headed toward heavy call center based business. Very number focused and revenue centric. Plenty of opportunity in the call center area, not much in the marketing services.
