"This is my own company, shared with a business partner. What we have as an advantage is that our company is small and flexible. Outside of my work as a designer and managing partner is a cottage industry of additional disciplines such as CAD design and model making/machining. Thus we are very flexible and cost effective. I very much enjoy working here for the freedom of time and decisions. Decisions in both the business aspects and the design direction."
