"The collaborative environment, always challenging one another to be better than the day before to produce the best product possible given the constraints governing the project."

What don't you like about working at Electronic Arts?

"Anything I may have disliked about working for EA has been taken care of (short sightedness being the biggest issue) through the removal or changes of certain management personnel."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Your team is the backbone to your success. Treat everyone down to the QA Tester with equal respect and listen to their suggestions. Don't dismiss what the little guy has to say or you may wind up with a runaway train as demonstrated in the past."

"I like everything about working here. I only wish I was able to help with the much needed equipment for the executive offices."

"The company has many great directors and managers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Seek another firm if your intention is to grow with the company and want to build your career in a company by growing roots."

What don't you like about working at Complete Production Services?

"When NYSE became public, they forced all employees who were supporting AMEX projects at the time to become AMEX employees. This allowed them to get rid of people and not give them stock options as opposed to the employees who were supporting NYSE projects had to be given stock shares. I worked for this company for 7 years and my applications and projects are still running in production, but they chose to forget the accomplishments because I just started supporting AMEX applications even though I was still an employees of the same company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd reward loyalty of people who spent 365 days a year on 24/7 application support and sleeping with beepers and cell phone. I'd recommend keeping the dedicated people who often worked from 8AM to Midnight trying to squeeze in as much production testing before going live. I'd recommend rewarding people who came in on many weekends through out the year to perform disaster/recovery tests, performance tests, and capacity tests instead of spending the time with their families. I'd recommend rewarding the few people who achieved and actually delivered the exceptional perfect 10 out of 10 scored projects instead of eliminating them to save money on stock shares."

"It is a much needed organization especially with the increase of the number of people with type II diabetes"

"Again, since this was a position held in the 1990's I would hesitate in giving advice if interviewing with this company today."

What don't you like about working at American Diabetes Association?

"At the time they closed the local Princeton office and the commute to the state based office was excessively far."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since this was a position held in the 1990's I hesitate in commenting as I am not knowledgeable about how management is now."
