"Value employees more, give us an actual retreat instead of cookies when we make goal. Listen to our opinions."

"No one is on the same team. Everyone just works on their own thing; it's lonely. There is no company vision/teamwork."

"Take more progressive steps to take our work further and make it more adaptable for younger people too."

"None, everyone I worked with was very professional and kind."

"Some of the staff and leadership have integrity and dedication. I liked my department team. I liked having grateful donors. I liked the healthy lifestyle culture; most of the staff are thin and healthy. I loved representing the organization in the community. I liked working for an organization that is highly respected in the community."

"Ask to meet with the staff separately from management. Ask them how employees are encouraged and empowered to do their work."

"My boss lied to me. She was mean. She used blame and shame strategies to get me to make changes. She was ignorant."

"Implement transformational leadership where decisions are made by the people who implement the activities. Leadership would have integrity, transparency, and accountability. Leadership would have demonstrated and sincere respect for employees."

"There were tremendous growth opportunities and I moved up through the company very quickly and was compensated every step of the way. I enjoyed the challenges and pressures of starting and completing several projects through out my career with Brighton Homes."

"I really didn't have anything I didn't like, it was a very fulfilling and enjoyable job."

"Be a little more supportive during the lay-off process; it felt very robotic and was a complete shock to find out it was happening."
