"I love the vision of the company and how each employee works hard to fultill that on a daily basis. You can really see how the results are a product of the hard work of staff."

"To really be enthusiastic about the mission as your work there will either show that or not."

"There was little to no room for career advancement and salary increase. It was a very small organization and you seemed as if I was stuck permanantely in the position that I had."

"Management needs to have more and better communication with both their staff and with other managers."
