"I have worked for FEMA since 2006. My position is temporary and I work only when disasters hit our nation. The work is exciting, high pace and very demanding. The people I work with on the front lines are fantastic; this job is rewarding. Upper management has made negative changes that affect work place. There is no longer any incentive for improvement or raises."
