"Vague goals and excess reporting that is not explained in detail."

"Focus on your high quality intelligent employee's that can drive change. Provide them with broader roles. Continue to focus on the customers concerns as they become more prevalent."

"One major area that I believe Dealer Tire is struggling with is the upper management group. The management group lack's leadership abilities and everyone is somehow connected to everyone else."
