"Do not interview, because the company is on a downward spiral."

"The administration and leadership does not have their hand on the pulse, and seldom come out of their offices. When they do, they bark and lead like bullies. No one takes responsibility, but plays it off on the faculty."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get out of the office and walk the halls every day. You must speak with the students and faculty frequently in order to understand the environment. Lead by example."
