"I enjoyed working with many of the people there -- there was quite a bit of both cultural and intellectual diversity. Also, you could always admit a mistake without fear of retribution. It was truly a "learn from your mistakes" atmosphere where others were always willing to lend a hand. Ideally, you wouldn't need this, but realistically, the need is always there."

"The company continually uses it employees. Make each person pay for things the company requires you to have with out compensation. 1000's of dollars a year."
