"My bosses' boss was terrible."

"Better training for account managers. Less management overhead. Get rid of the little kings, and birdge all the islands. Improve communication."

"The company changed while I was there, and became the typical 'corporate America.' No longer was the employee important, they lied to us, and ultimately layed most of us off in a large scale company reduction in size."
