"Be short and concise, listen to what is being said and learn to read between the lines. Do not obligate yourself to anything. Communicate primarily through E-mail to keep a record. Be accountable and show it. Let your work speak for itself. Hold others accountable including managers, they expect it. But being accountable is the first step to earning that right."
