"I've worked for Cummins for about 1 year now. I used to work for a company that got acquired by Cummins in 2018. Cummins is a great place to work in the automotive industry, they show a lot of care for the employees, even after being a huge company. They have good benefits, but nothing compared to tech companies. Their salary falls short when compared to the tech companies and the software engineering salaries in the Bay Area."
