"Do thorough research. Ask questions about the work culture and environment. Ensure that management does it's part to ensure a safe work culture. The way I was treated at that company was unacceptable and the very least I can do now is to help ensure that it does not happen again to anyone else. While the old management and abusive co-worker are no longer there, I still need to use this platform to speak out about what happened and my denial of justice.
