"The transition of new majority ownership. Highly in-effectual, challenging to moral and established business relationships that took a great deal of time an effort to close."

"Do not think your experience and success in Real Estate will translate into success in Pro Sports. Leave skill sets to vetted skill set holders. Do not treat employees and clients and fans callously with out consideration."

"owner micro managed from his cell phone. we had opportunity for growth but we were restricted due to the owners reluctance to move away from his areas of expertise in spite of a contingent of engineers who craved new opportunities"
