"It was a very tense work place. There there was always a feeling of anxiety feeling whenever upper management was in."

"I did notice that your competitors seem to direct more of their efforts to the Middle East market, and while that is certainly a large market for your products, I think you have a great opportunity to increase your market share by marketing your product line."

"The owners seem closed minded when it comes to forward thinking...definitely not like working at a start up in Silicone Valley..."

"If I were running the show, I would listen to the employees more to see what makes them happy. I would be a little more progressive and forward thinking... like allowing people to work from home sometimes, or bring your dog to work day, etc..."
