"Find out who you are working for and their management style if possible."
What don't you like about working at Bechtel?
"They simply did not use my talents. After they found out I was a contract employee I was generally left out of important meetings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"In my case even though I am a contract employee I have always put the company first in being on time, security for Bechtels confidential info, and presented sound items for improvement in engineering and construction improvements. I was told Bechtlel doesn't do things that way. I know from my extensive field experience these suggestions would help field personnel and improve field productivity."
