"Autonomy, freedom of movement and schedule and the people I worked with and clients served."

"I have served on many interview committees and found that what you know has little to do with getting the job. WHO you know is far more valuable. Sad, but true!"
What don't you like about working at State of Wisconsin?
"Very political environment. Very cut-throat attitudes toward advancement. Working outdoors in very severe weather was not very pleasant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Clean house and start over! Insure that upper management are qualified in the positions they hold."
