"Interview for a position in a department with solid work standing, but an opportunity to explore other areas of the company. Don't get sectioned off."

"It's been difficult to follow through on opportunities, it's hard to find managers who are willing to take on new people to help with work. Very little directed challenge from superiors."

"I would encourage better cross-culture projects, more innovative communication, connect resources more efficiently."
