"I've worked for CSC for the past 6 years. They have been a pretty good company to work for. If it was not for the co-workers in my local office though I believe my review would not be quite as positive. CSC just went through a very long and large restructure which took away from some of our benefits and pay."

"Lots of variety of work environments. Clients are diverse and you can imbed with clients."

What don't you like about working at Computer Sciences Corp?

"Their compensation processes are hideous and breed contempt for the company by its employees. They are poor stewards of benefits and are too concerned with the bottom line. Could be better at being competitive in the marked place with salary and benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take care of your people. Don't cheap their benefits packages, and pay them a fair salary for their work. Don't neglect those who have been on the payroll for a while by not bringing them to industry standards for the positions they hold. Spend more effort in retention policy and less on quarterly profit and loss."
