2 I would recognize the efforts of my staff and encourage them with the positive work they do. I haven't heard a compliment from my manager, ever - and I have never met her face to face. She lives in Massachusetts and is rude. CSC boasts how their employees deserve to work in a respectful workplace, yet my boss screams at me and slams down the phone, then refuses to communicate with me. Employee Relations looked into it, and sided with their manager who lied and turned it around as if there is a performance issue, when she was just trying to cover her tracks. There have been numerous EEOC violations. I wish I had reported her unprofessional actions.

3.2 I had an unscrupulous government Branch Manager convince CSC management to remove me from the team, based on lies, and the CSC management ended up doing the same thing, lying about circumstances, only to "please" a government Branch Manager that was not trusted much with other government employees as well. Not sure why CSC management (Task Manager and her manager) had to be so "diplomatically nasty" about the situation. I found out that both managers were let go not long after that though. I had a very good relationship with the CSC Task Manager who initially hired me, but then he was "butting heads" with the government Branch Manager, and was later replaced with the other managers, that seemed to want to please the corrupt Branch Manager. But original Task Manager remained at CSC, but in a different role.

4.3 My desk was at a client site. My manager was a great resource. The company paid above average salary and offered a generous tuition reimbursement plan. Upper management, employee support services, and HR coordination with onboarding new hires at client sites, as well as the availability of equipment is what lost out contract. Employees on site with travel reimbursement issues, or other administrative questions would spend hours trying to get issues resolved.
