What do you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
Deutsche Bank is a leading investment bank that provides cutting edge technology and pushes each employee to expand their capacity and work smarter.
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
The culture at DB has changed a lot since I first started working there. It has become a company in which colleagues send emails to their neighboring co-worker instead of turning around and discussing the topic with them face to face. Outsourcing and smartsourcing have become the overwhelming factor across all divisions.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Get back in touch with your employees. Treat them as people instead of headcount, and you'll see productivity increase, I guarantee it.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Require more money up front in your salary, the plan is to move the majority of the total compensation package to salaries, so you can expect smaller bonuses outside of the front office top producers.

What do you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
The people involved in developing the systems. There were consultants and very knowledgeable staff working for one goal. The intra personal relationships that were developed were great. The diverse culture lead to a very good work setting.
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
In retrospect it was a great time.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I respected management and worked well with my managers. As the Laison position to the user group I supported I had to ensure the systems were well tested and personnel trained well.I hope they continue with that methodology.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be yourself. Look for postings in the company for advancement while working there.

What do you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
RREEF Management always made you feel welcomed and being apart of a great team of employees. If at any time I had a question about my job, there was always someone I could go to and gather the information needed. They were behind me when I completing my degree!
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
That my district manager over my team changed a couple of times.

What do you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
The work environment is good, it requires a good knowledge of PL/SQL development and the banking industry. Its a good place to learn advance PL/SQL programming.
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
I cant say much about the things I don't like in the company because personally, I like the job environment and my job.

What I would suggest would be to keep up the good work especially on their support to the needs of their employees.

I liked the people who worked for me and the person for whom I worked.
What don't you like about working at Deutsche Bank?
I did not like how many people were just dead weight at Deutsche Bank. I also did not like how the majority of senior level positions were saved for people of German heritage.

Management needs to continue to clean house and to re-focus their efforts on streamlining their environments, especially the reduction of redundant systems.

It really depends on who you meet with.

Very difficult advancing. No change for career advancement. Most employees stay at their current positions for many many years. Never offerred advancement

Develop a career patern for achieving and high performance employees. Also develop enhancements for underachieving employees.

Very relaxed and easy going management. The company can make you feel very welcome.

Me personally, I got stuck in a role, and although I have proven my talents, I haven't been graduated to anything worthy.
