"The newspapers were great. We also had special publications and also different consumer trade shows. I enjoyed my clients the best, especially the opportunity to get to know them and develope a great relationship with them over the years."

"The structure for paying Account Executive co-workers was not based on experience or accounts were not divided equally."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Example: One Account Executive handled all ad coming through Ad agencies....full page full color full circulation. At least $2,000 for just 1 ad for 1 week. I would have to sell at least 10-20 smaller ads in my territory to make that dollar amount!"
