"As my current part-time job this is a great way to improve my B2B sales skills while finishing my degree. I wouldn't want this to be my full-time position because it is not nearly challenging enough for a career. It is also difficult to move up because of the large amount of employees working as Commercial Vehicle Sales Associates."

"Confidence in quality of the parts. The availability of books and resources is also a plus."

"Unless you plan on having a repetitive job and want to clock in-do nothing-and clock out and just settle for less then this is the job for you!"
What don't you like about working at NAPA Auto Parts?
"No one cares about anything unless it has to do with gossip. Two out of the ten counter people are the only ones who know how to work and are actually knowledgeable about auto parts."

"Listen to my employees and my customers' concerns and follow through with improvement."

"Be yourself and the rest will fall into place. Lowe's trains you well and will make sure you know about the product. Be computer savvy it will help with the training."

"The hours of operation at Lowe's were from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., and some shifts were only 5 hours apart."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest a stronger communication between management during shift changes so that no detail is lost in the shuffle."
