"IT is focused on SAP, Microsoft solutions and Six Sigma."

"Even with all of our modern tools in IT today (IM, video conferencing, toll bypass, etc...) upper management still has the mindset of needing all people centralized at the corporate office."

"Get out of the corporate office and visit the locations and really understand how CMC generates revenue."

"Things look great on the surface but there is something not right. People are too clique and chances for personal development could be limited."

"Technology seemed to be behind, personal development was not important to management"

"I'm not really sure where the disconnect is between management and the worker bees but getting in sync could benefit all the way around"

"The constant bickering between the project managers and the detailing department about getting the work out to the customer."

"To give the detailing department ample time to create the drawings to the customer."
