"I was a contractor, so my job personnally was not secure. Also, the skill level of people outside the legal group was not always high."

"The fact that the other CNA's/CMA's didn't care about the residents. How they would sit in the office while the pager was going off and expect the new people to break their backs because no one wanted to help."

"Trust the new people when they say they are alone on the floor."

"I worked with great developer team. Everyone strove to develop quality code and keep abreast of latest technology trends."

"Be prepared for 6 hour interview. My interview lasted all day without lunch."

"At time senior executives poorly handled buy out by The Hartford. Only the Director and project managers truely looked after their direct reports."
