  • "Really great company with a lot of amazing people. My position now requires a lot of travel which is great but can be exhausting for someone trying to build a stable life. The high volume of enrollment in studies requires long days. Hourly based which means the more you work the more you get paid however no benefits. It seems like there's not a lot of room for growth. Supervisors are great but do not always follow through. Seem to care more about their employees in the office than the ones performing the study. All changes in position and company came with a change in CEO, which is expected."

  • "I have worked for the Southern California Institute for Respiratory Disease, which is a company that conducts clinical trials on patients diagnosed with different respiratory diseases. Most of the trials are phase II and phase III. As a clinical research coordinator, I was responsible for all aspects of the trials, from site initiation visit, recruit potential study participants, data entry, communicate with study monitors and conduct patient visits and report to the principal investigator, prepare source documents, etc."
