"Business plan of hiring recruiters as contractors. Sometimes seems like you had to have worked with someone in the past to be considered as a full time employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Practice what you preach. Booz Allen sells a great culture that is very employee focused. However, the recruiting team doesn't always buy into what they sell to candidates."
