"A very confused and ineffective management style creates chaos in the office."

"Treat all people equally and fairly. Give clear and concise direction."

"Stay strong... the interview process is long and the hiring process sometimes takes longer than expected, so hang in there!"

"I believe that senior management may miss a lot of the office politics going on with local management."

"Use proper strategies with vision like Ross Perot has as new acquisition happen. Ex: I am not sure HP/EDS merger is a right strategy in my opinion."

"IBM has a strong business ethic with high quality products and services. It is one of the most well respected companies and has a strong history of high value for its customers."

"It is a very large company and change in certain areas was difficult to accomplish even when it is necessary to get business or support a customer in a unique way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was very fortunate and worked for a wonderful manager for many years. Sometimes the management above would get so focused on business at the end of each month, they would forget about the ongoing customer relationships that were so important to having good partnerships with your customers that would bring in future business."
