"I feel I am extremely underpaid for the work I do. I operate at a Directors level, and am expected to be able to do a majority of what my Directors do while they travel, yet I am paid a fraction of what they make. Directors make well over six figure salaries, plus ample bonuses when they make their numbers. I started out at 45,000 with the potential to earn up to $2,000 per quarter in bonus if my region made their goals. I was promoted to a manager role, with only a 3% raise, but the ability to make up to $3,000 in bonuses per quarter - again if my region makes their goals. I recently discovered they are compensating new hires at my current salary which I find unacceptable given these new hires have 4 years less experience than me. Not to mention, I am the one who has to train them and it takes at least 6 months to be able to fully function on your own in this role."

"I was making about $25/ hour when I started with the company and then in February, they announced they are restructuring the positions. So my position as a CEM was eliminated and I was forced to either find a new job or interview for a new position that requires a pay cut. So I did the interview and they gave the job to me only to find out that they offer me only $20/hr and nothing higher than that."
