"Right now I am wrapping up my last project with the Citizen's Bank. I've been there as a QA Analyst for over a year. Citizen Bank hired about 6 of us to help on some regulatory projects that they had. Citizens Bank is headquartered in Rhode Island and I worked on site for the first month and then was able to work remotely for the rest of the time.Citizens Bank has a pretty large testing organization with testers onshore and offshore in India. The testing was very structured. There were processes and standards for everything that we had to follow."

Throughout my employment, I helped small businesses by processing their loans during the coronavirus pandemic. It was very fulfilling to help others in need and new experience working in the banking industry. Being a loan closer has given me a new passion to process loans and is a career I want to pursue."
