What do you like about working at Citizens Bank?
"It was a great summer job. I learned patience, how to interact with people (customers), and how to maintain relationships with people."
"I have been at this job for a little over a year. The company does anything they can to not pay you for your hard work on incentives. If you hit your goal, they increase them and make them harder to attain. For instance, on checking accounts, not they do not count towards your goal unless they are new to the bank checking accounts. Same with financial QKA, used to get 25 per qka, now they are changing that too. Our particular manager is the meanest person I have ever met. There have been customer complaints, employee complaints, employee transfers, employee resignations due to her. However the company does not care. They allow her to keep her job."
"My manager is terrible. She couldn't do the job she oversees if her life depended on it. She's fake and has no respect for personal business or personal space. She cannot lead. Her boss is rude and unprofessional. He insults his employees and is unaware of the processes he enforces. He also flirts with attractive women that work under him, he has even tried to get a male employee to take pictures of a young female employee. You don't get raises for your hard work and in order to move up you need to know the right people or be the favorite. It's not a positive environment."
"I was fortunate to learn a great deal in my time with Citizens. I was appreciative of the robust training and cohesive regional structure. I was given the opportunity to meet a great deal of interesting and diverse business owners and was made to feel like I'd made a difference for them."
