"The managers in VSEC were among the most incompetent, back stabbing empire builders ever to be employed anywhere. When things went great, they stole credit. When things failed, they shifted blame. There was no way to win in this environment. If you weren't one of the favorite sons, you were doomed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more to the lower level employees like the product managers, without the filters of upper level management. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. Problems are hidden and people silenced. Things are NOT as good as they are telling you. One only has to look at the revenue failure of ASA and VSEC and how bug-ridden it is to know they were sold a bill of goods that was crap. The customers know it."
