"I have worked at Cincom Systems, Inc. as a User Experience Designer. This is a great company to work for. I am pleased that they have high standards for their employees to go by. I had the chance to work on different projects and tackle exciting problems that tested multiple skills. Not only did we work hard, but we also played harder and had various team-building activities. More than anything, I’m going to remember those moments the most because they made me feel so much closer to the team."

"As a consultant you will be expected to travel and pay your own expenses up front. SOmetimes reimbursement is slow."

"Very little information being passed down. As sales dropped off there was a greater urgency toward selling product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should use their own products to understand how to make them better."
