"I've worked at Chili's for about a year and a half as a hostess/ to go person. I love Chili's as a company but despite transferring 3 times (college and all that) management has always sucked. I loved my co-workers and the managers were actually super nice it was just their way of managing the place was terrible and my job unfortunately became the main stressor in my life."
