"I worked for this company for many years. That being said it took 2 1/2 years to even get a raise (not for my lack of working hard every single day going through dirty laundry WITH a smile on my face), to never being taught proper ways of dealing with everyday customer situations and then being reprimanded because I wasn't doing it right. This company in Ann Arbor Michigan is a joke. I had nowhere to go with my issues with management because the people I worked for were THE OWNERS and CEO."
