"It's very hard to give a one-size-fits-all review of an organization of this size and scope. A lot depends on the specific role one has. Overall, the high-level management is quite impressive at responding to employee needs and does everything it can to make a better workplace. (Ex: They hired a VP of Diversity and Inclusion and held a number of listening sessions for employees of color in 2020 after George Floyd and the BLM protests - openly acknowledging that as an organization, they still had a lot to learn). As far as my personal experience, we are part of a small fringe team that does not work directly with patients, and because I hired in just as the Covid pandemic began, my entire job experience has been work-from-home (for an entire year). We've had some management issues on my team, but like I mentioned, this probably is not at all typical of how things go on the direct patient care side of the organization."
